Management Team

Tom has 13 years Consulting and Executive Recruitment experience. He has worked globally in London, Sydney and Singapore and currently manages consulting and recruitment assignments across EMEA, North America and Asia. Tom began his career at Harvey Nash, subsequently setting up and managing IT Recruitment Division for 2 different companies before founding MDLogical Ltd in 2004. In 2009 MDLogical was transformed into MDL Howarth Ltd, a leading provider of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Consulting services.

Tom has a BSc (Hons) from Liverpool University.
